Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIME

Processing time is 1-2 days. Shipping time varies by location.  Shipping time within the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico )  is typically 3-5 business days after shipped. 

 We are not responsible for delays incurred by USPS, Fed ex, DHL, UPS or any other shipping carrier. 

Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any other countries outside the US takes 10-15 business days. 

*During the holiday season, shipping times may increase.  

TRACKING INFORMATION

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you. Damages
Weston Store will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process or that arrived damaged. If you receive a damaged item please let us know as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement. Please send photos with your order number to support@westonstore.com.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@westonstore.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
